Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Each order is carefully packaged in protective, eco-conscious materials. Many of our collections arrive in luxury storage boxes, designed to keep your lights safe for years to come.

Delivery Assurance

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your lights arrive in pristine condition. In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Holiday Guarantee

To ensure your lights arrive in time for the season, we recommend placing orders by December 10th (domestic) or November 25th (international). Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.
